On this page you will find examples of my email marketing newsletters created for the luxury boutique retailer, Joan Shepp. As a key way of staying in touch with our clientele, these interactive, shoppable newsletters boosted both e-commerce and in-store sales. Email marketing efforts contributed to approximately 16% of total sales over the past year through direct clicks, and accounted for 12% of all online orders. ​​​
